Additional Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (or similar tools).
Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video editing work.
Understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm in motion design.
Basic knowledge of sound design and animation principles.Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities & Context
Design and animate motion graphics for event promos, speaker intros,social media reels, and highlight reels.Collaborate with the marketing and media teams to brainstorm visual concepts and video styles.
Create visual templates and motion assets for repeatable event formats.Incorporate brand identity, visual consistency, and storytelling into all design work.
Edit short videos and animated content for social media, YouTube, and event screens.
Work on tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
