Responsibilities & Context
Follow the Sales Marketing throughout the process to assist in channel development and customer visits;
Coordinate and arrange the manager's schedule, meetings and field trips, organize and prepare visit materials in advance;
Responsible for market research and data collection (store coverage, sales feedback, competitive product information, etc.), and regularly summarize reports;
Collect, distribute and recycle samples and promotional materials to ensure timely on-site sales support;
Assist in filling out and maintaining customer files and sales progress in CRM/Excel tables
Maintain communication with warehouse, dispatch and distribution personnel, follow up on order execution and receipt archiving;
Execute other auxiliary matters temporarily assigned by the manager.
