Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Education, or English). 
Additional Requirements
  • Age 20 to 35 years

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years in international student admission or visa processing (preferred).
  • Freshers with strong communication and documentation skills are also encouraged to apply. 

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong command of written and spoken English.Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (G Suite).
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.Strong research and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during university intake deadlines.
  • Knowledge of international university/college portals and admission procedures.
  • Understanding of compliance and visa requirements for Australia, Canada, NZ, and Ireland.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Team-oriented with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Globalwings, a trusted name in overseas education consultancy, is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Officer – Admission & Compliance to join our growing team. This role involves managing the complete student admission process and ensuring compliance with international education and immigration policies. 

Job Responsibilities:

Admission Processing:

  • Evaluate student profiles, academic history, and English proficiency.
  • Submit applications through platforms like StudyLink, ApplyBoard, and institutional portals.
  • Communicate with universities/colleges to obtain Offer Letters (conditional/unconditional).
  • Guide students in tuition fee deposits, LOA/COE issuance.
  • Track and update application status using internal systems.

Compliance Management:

  • Assess GTE (Australia), SOPs (Canada), and other visa-related documents.
  • Verify the authenticity of academic, financial, and personal documents.
  • Ensure adherence to the visa requirements of IRCC, DHA, INZ, and INIS.
  • Monitor risks such as study gaps, visa refusals, or incomplete documentation.
  • Support in preparing complete visa files for multiple destinations.

Detailed Task Areas:

  • Maintain accurate and organized records for each student.
  • Liaise with internal counseling and visa teams to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Stay updated with immigration and university policies.
  • Conduct internal training sessions on admission and compliance protocols.
  • Report high-risk applications to the relevant authorities or partners.
