Proven experience in commodity trading sales or related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
Deep knowledge of commodities markets, including understanding of various commodity products (various grain items,), trading strategies.
Previous experience in sales operations or commodity trading is highly beneficial.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer literacy and CRM software. Knowledge of trading platforms and systems is a plus.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share. Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, market research, trading, and sales operations to deliver comprehensive solutions to the customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and sales activities using iBOS systems. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customers feedback, and market trends & intelligence for management review.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing traders of grain items, prospective customers/dealers/Traders. Act as the core point of contact for customers, understanding their trading objectives, risk appetite and investment preferences.
