Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
  • Diploma in Agriculture/B.Sc. in Agriculture from any reputed university.

Experience
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Chemical Industries
Additional Requirements
  • Age 22 to 32 years
  • Ability to drive a motorcycle.

  • A valid driving license.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintain communication and liaison with different organizations and other external clients.

  • Ensure timely supply of materials to the customers.

  • Promote the bio products sale, collection and achieve the target.

  • Frequent/effective client visits.

  • Maintain communications with cross-functional departments to process the order, generate invoices, and deliver the product to the customer end.

  • AIT collection and adjustment where it is required.

  • Maintain communication with customers to process the order and send it to the customer.

  • Promote bio-products with the motto of “safe food production.”

  • Identify and pursue institutional sales opportunities with government agencies, NGOs, agri-projects, and corporate farms.

  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and procurement officials.

  • Respond to tenders, RFQs, and institutional procurement requirements in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to support institutional accounts.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, product presentations, and promotional materials tailored to institutional clients.

  • Gather market intelligence to support pricing strategies and sales planning

  • Ensure timely collection of payments from institutional clients.

  • Liaise with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure all documentation meets institutional requirements.

  • Conduct field visits to ensure proper product usage and gather feedback from end users under institutional projects.

  • Assist in preparing bid documents, compliance statements, and contracts in coordination with legal and sales admin teams.

  • Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
