Diploma in Agriculture/B.Sc. in Agriculture from any reputed university.
Ability to drive a motorcycle.
A valid driving license.
Execution of Marketing/Promotional Activities Like SFM, FM-SFM, FGD, Campaign, DAE Meeting, etc. to increase sales under the guidance of the supervisor.
Achieve the sales target and collection of the Bio-products.
Stock Monitoring at Channel Points (Dealers & Retailers) and liquidating the existing stock of Bio-products.
Branding of the Bio-products through appropriate approaches.
Establish and maintain liaison with Sub Assistant Agriculture Officer (SAAO) and DAE officials.
Countering Competitors’ Activities on Running Target Crops.
Product merchandising at Dealers' and retailers’ shops.
Identify the gap/area of improvement & help in dealer setup.
Report to the supervisor as per Policy/Guideline/Field situation.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
