Creating dyeing schedules based on shipment dates and buyer urgency.
Making machine-wise Batch card & dyeing plans based on production timelines.
Preparing daily, weekly, monthly production plans based on the order book.
Following up on shade approvals for new styles and seasons.
Managing yarn and fabric lots, ensuring proper lab testing for new styles.
Conducting daily physical checks on dyeing processes and maintaining work-in-progress (WIP) reports.·
Preparing reports on Daily/Weekly/Monthly production targets vs. actual output.
Updating Management on production progress and ensuring on-time delivery.
Coordinating with greige supply/ knitting planning, Batching team for smooth workflow.
Reviewing daily QC reports and identifying issues in dyeing and finishing & make plan for rework
Check inventory of dyes, chemicals, and others raw materials.
Any other task from superior or management.
