Manage daily schedules, calendars, appointments, and reminders.
Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain proper filing systems and ensure easy retrieval of documents.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Assist in personal errands and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks
