Candidates possessing a PhD degree or equivalent degree should have an active service of 14 years in the University of which 5 years must be as Associate Professor;
Candidates possessing an MPhil or equivalent degree should have an active service of 16 years in the University of which 6 years must be as Associate Professor. or
Candidates possessing an LLM should have an active service of 20 years in the University of which 8 years must be as Associate Professor.
Candidates must have 15 research publications in peer reviewed journals or in the form of reviewed book in the allied disciplines of which 07 should be during the period of service as Associate Professor.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
