Excellent communication skill in English, Hindi and Bangla is mandatory.
Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven and have good personality to cooperate a knitting, dyeing and sewing team.
Should be able to work under pressure.
Must have sound knowledge on Knit product.
Should have excellent knowledge on computer MS office packages.
Should have good knowledge of Seamless fabrics and dyeing faults.
Good knowledge of Color Evaluation, Specs sheet, Stretch, GSM, Hand-feel, Lab Testing as per manual.
Communicate with QC executive, Inspectors and dyeing shift In-charges in a smart & dynamic way.
Handle all fabric issues in a shift and share report to the senior.
Follow-up standard reference and ensure that bulk production meet customers quality with reference.
Maintain all relevant Quality files & data, reports etc.
