Graduate or Master’s in any discipline.
Should have good communication skills.

Receive any visitors /guests very cordially and warmly send them to the correct destination.
Deal with queries from the clients/visitors and guests.
Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization.
Schedule appointments with important buyers, delegates, and visitors.
Maintain the reception area neat & clean, calm, and quiet.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
