Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage and guide Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and their field teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Strategize and implement region-specific sales plans based on market dynamics.
  • Track daily activities, school visits, and conversion reports of ASMs and Field Officers.
  • Ensure timely submission of sales data, visit logs, and promotional feedback.
  • Train, coach, and mentor ASMs to improve performance and address performance gaps.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and build a high-performing sales culture.
  • Explore new markets, schools, and territories to expand the company's footprint.
  • Work closely with Marketing, R&D, Accounts, and Admin departments for smooth operations.
  • Resolve conflicts within the team or with clients/schools promptly.
  • Act as a communication bridge between field force and top management.
  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted ethically and within the company’s policy framework.
  • Submit accurate and timely reports to the Sales Manager or Management.
