Hotel, Restaurant, Resort, Coffee Shop, Catering

H.S.C/ Diploma in THM/ Food & Beverage Service with minimum CGPA 2.5
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers
Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations§ Strong floor presence with focus and energy
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Setting table and serving food & Beverages and clearing in accordance with Radisson standards.
Presents menus and/or daily specials.
Exhibit knowledge of all items on the menu and with professional service manners.
Supporting other colleagues to meet and exceed guest's expectations.
Ensuring guests are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.
Ensuring quick, efficient & friendly service at all times.
Checking all logs, diary and other paperwork including opening and closing procedures.
