Education
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience
  • At least 1 year
Additional Requirements
  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Experience; - Minimum 1 Year

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Inquiry Generation for the Generator sales

  • Additional Requirements

  • Proficiency in Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali

  • Having a Driving License will be a priority

  • Having an own Motor Bike will be a priority.

Sales Engineer (Generator) – Hayleys Aventura Bangladesh

Location – Hayleys Aventura Bangladesh, 7th Floor, Priyoprangon Tower, H #19, R #17, Banani, Dhaka – 1213

  • Sales & Marketing for Diesel & Gas Generator sets

  • Buildup & monitor marketing activities, Client Visit & arrange meetings with the customer.

  • Utilize proven methods and support tools to achieve growth and successfully hit sales targets by converting leads into clients.

  • Prepare and present client proposals/quotations to secure new business.

  • Assist team members in meetings, and follow-up to help with close ongoing deals

  • Identify and qualify new revenue-generating sales opportunities.

  • Preparing and presenting potential cost-benefit analyses to potential clients, developing

  • Long-term relationships with clients, offering after-sales support services, and Execution of Projects.

  • Fulfill monthly & annual sales targets and other goals of the Company.

  • Planning, developing, and implementing effective marketing policy & contributing to developing marketing strategies.

  • Explore new markets to contribute to the increase in sales.

  • Prepare regular sales action plan.

  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

  • Track marketing performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.
