Responsibilities & Context

Welcome customers and assist them based on their needs
Have knowledge about motorcycle models and features
Arrange test rides for interested customers
Provide information on pricing, EMI, and finance options
Prepare and maintain necessary documents
Keep the showroom and motorcycles clean and presentable
Follow up with customers after sales
Monitor stock levels and report to management
Coordinate with the service/workshop team
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
