Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Diploma in Computer
Experience
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Telecommunication, ISP
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills to handle diverse customers.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals.

  • Knowledge of internet technologies, bandwidth management, and routers will be an advantage.

  • Proficiency in using MS Excel, and social media platforms for sales and marketing.        

  • Energetic, hardworking, and target-driven mindset.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote high-speed internet services.

  • Conduct direct sales visits to residential, corporate, and SME clients.

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, door-to-door marketing, referrals, and social media engagement.

  • Understand customer needs and offer customized internet plans to meet their requirements.   

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.      

  • Follow up on potential customers to convert leads into sales.

  • Provide detailed information about internet packages, bandwidth options, and pricing.

  • Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally. 

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and referrals. 

  • Work closely with the support team to ensure seamless service activation for new customers.  

  • Assist customers in understanding the benefits of FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) technology, router setup, and bandwidth allocation.

  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors' services, pricing, and offers.      

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management.       

  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure quick installation and troubleshooting for new clients.
