Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Education: BBA/MBA in Marketing or equivalent

Experience
  • At least 1 year
Additional Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 years leading a sales team (preferably in the IT/software sector)

  • Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills

  • Ability to achieve sales targets and handle client negotiations

  • Hands-on experience in training junior sales staff

  • Basic understanding of software and digital platforms

  • Confident in client visits, product presentations, and deal closings

  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented

  • Preferred: Motorcycle driving license, reporting/documentation skills, KPI-based mindset

We are looking for a performance-focused leader who thrives in a tech-driven environment and can lead high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team with strategic direction

  • Supervise sales deals, lead management, and client engagement

  • Ensure sales target achievement and maintain KPI performance

  • Conduct POS software training and onboarding for new clients

  • Collaborate with the call center team for effective lead follow-up

  • Visit retail, SME, and corporate clients for dealing when needed

  • Deliver product presentations and close sales deals

  • Submit weekly/monthly performance and sales reports

  • Oversee post-sales support and client retention initiatives

  • Guide, mentor, and train sales team members as needed

  • Coordinate documentation and deal compliance

  • Maintain strong client relationships and support resellers

  • Participate in business development meetings and planning

  • Perform any other relevant duties as assigned, etc.
