Shin-Shin Japan Hospital is looking for an experienced and visionary Manager, Sales & Marketing team. The role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the healthcare market to strengthen our brand presence and connect better with patients.
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the hospital’s vision, mission, and business objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities and innovative approaches.
Plan and execute branding, PR, and communication strategies to strengthen the hospital’s market presence.
Sales Management
Drive patient acquisition through targeted marketing campaigns, referral networks, and corporate partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, insurance providers, and corporate clients.
Develop service packages, pricing strategies, and promotional offers based on market demands.
Monitor and achieve sales targets; prepare performance reports and present to management.
Marketing & Communication
Lead the marketing team in planning and executing digital, social media, and traditional marketing campaigns.
Develop content for promotional materials, newsletters, and the hospital’s website.
Organize health awareness events, medical camps, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate with media agencies, PR firms, and vendors for advertising, branding, and promotional activities.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to meet departmental goals.
Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance work environment.
Budget & Compliance
Prepare, manage, and optimize the Sales & Marketing budget effectively.
Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and hospital-specific guidelines in marketing activities.
