Responsibilities & Context

Shin-Shin Japan Hospital is looking for an experienced and visionary Manager, Sales & Marketing team. The role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the healthcare market to strengthen our brand presence and connect better with patients.

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the hospital’s vision, mission, and business objectives.

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities and innovative approaches.

  • Plan and execute branding, PR, and communication strategies to strengthen the hospital’s market presence.

Sales Management

  • Drive patient acquisition through targeted marketing campaigns, referral networks, and corporate partnerships.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, insurance providers, and corporate clients.

  • Develop service packages, pricing strategies, and promotional offers based on market demands.

  • Monitor and achieve sales targets; prepare performance reports and present to management.

Marketing & Communication

  • Lead the marketing team in planning and executing digital, social media, and traditional marketing campaigns.

  • Develop content for promotional materials, newsletters, and the hospital’s website.

  • Organize health awareness events, medical camps, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.

  • Coordinate with media agencies, PR firms, and vendors for advertising, branding, and promotional activities.

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to meet departmental goals.

  • Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.

  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance work environment.

Budget & Compliance

  • Prepare, manage, and optimize the Sales & Marketing budget effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and hospital-specific guidelines in marketing activities.
