Context:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design and planning for commercial, industrial, and mixed-use development projects. The ideal candidate should have a creative vision, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and aesthetic goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
Prepare master plans, detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and interior teams to ensure design intent and execution quality.
Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and resolve on-site design issues.
Ensure compliance with RAJUK, BNBC, and other local building codes and regulations.
Supervise junior architects, drafters, and external consultants as needed.
Collaborate with management to develop project schedules, budgets, and design objectives.
Provide value engineering solutions without compromising design quality.
