Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Experience in a coordination or administrative support role, preferably in a corporate finance or multinational environment.
Strong understanding of financial documentation processes is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial software tools.
Attention to detail with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to work proactively and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
Ensure cheques are properly signed by authorized signatories in accordance with the defined approval limits.
Update cheque issuance status in the Accounting Mirror Software and liaise with the Corporate Cash Section for onward processing.
Manage departmental pool car logistics and assign duties to drivers efficiently.
Maintain accurate filing and organization of documents on behalf of the Finance Director.
Review and verify petty cash vouchers submitted by departmental personnel, including drivers.
Coordinate with HR, Admin, Confidential, and other relevant departments to support the functional efficiency of the Finance Department.
Organize meetings and appointments as instructed by the Finance Director, including agenda preparation and logistical arrangements.
Distribute approved documents and communication to relevant personnel as directed by the Finance Director.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Finance Director to support departmental and organizational goals.
