Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Administration department.
Stay up to date on existing and proposed legislation; liaise with local, state, and federal government officials and lobbyists; and update management on relevant certifications, laws, and regulations.
Monitor overall canteen management and supervise food preparation processes to ensure quality and hygiene standards are maintained.
Update the leave management file and prepare monthly attendance and leave reports.
Arrange training programs at the plant, maintain the training database, and provide training data to the head office as requested.
Follow up on the KPI submission process; ensure all KPIs are duly signed by relevant stakeholders (employees and supervisors); maintain both hard and soft copies of KPIs; and follow up with individuals to complete year-end performance assessments.· Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Manage the admin store, ensuring the availability of necessary groceries and stationery.
Prepare the administration budget and closely monitor administrative costs to ensure efficiency.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Oversee various administrative activities, including housekeeping, gardening, cleanliness, messenger systems, general purchases, and maintenance.
Manage pool car operations to ensure efficient transportation services.
Oversee the plant's overall security system and related activities to maintain a safe and secure environment.
