Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience
  • 4 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies

Responsibilities & Context

This role will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and enable successful change adoption. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of organizational dynamics, change methodologies, and human capital strategies to support the organization’s growth and transformation objectives.

  • Implement organizational development and change management initiatives.

  • Contribute to the development, review, and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions.

  • Support performance management processes including goal setting, appraisal coordination, and continuous improvement.

  • Drive employee engagement, performance, and cultural alignment projects.

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure smooth execution of strategic HR initiatives.

  • Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely, effective delivery.
