Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.

Experience
  • 2 to 3 years
Additional Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in Service Operations or a Security/Service Operations Center (SOC) environment.


Responsibilities & Context

ROLE OBJECTIVE:

  • Act as SOC Operation Manager which is under SOC domain

  • Take in charge of Tier 2 service of CCH (Customer Complaint Handling).

  • Manage SQM (Service Quality Mornitoring ) and troubleshoot process.

  • Improve the efficiency of CCH by tool and management approach and create add-value from SQM service.

  • Fulfill GP request for SOC Operation with tool, process and member skill tuning.
