Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in Service Operations or a Security/Service Operations Center (SOC) environment.
ROLE OBJECTIVE:
Act as SOC Operation Manager which is under SOC domain
Take in charge of Tier 2 service of CCH (Customer Complaint Handling).
Manage SQM (Service Quality Mornitoring ) and troubleshoot process.
Improve the efficiency of CCH by tool and management approach and create add-value from SQM service.
Fulfill GP request for SOC Operation with tool, process and member skill tuning.
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualification).
