Education
  • O & A-Level.

  • BBA in Marketing/Branding/Brand Communication/Service Marketing.

Experience
  • At least 2 years

    Advertising Agency, Multinational Companies, Tiles/Ceramic, Web Media/Blog, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

We are in search of a dynamic and forward-thinking Social Media Marketer / Coordinator to oversee and amplify our brand's presence on diverse social media channels. The ideal applicant should have a solid grasp of digital trends in the Bangladesh market and be skilled in crafting engaging content that promotes interaction and boosts brand awareness.

  • Create engaging content for multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Adapt created content in the most suitable manner for different platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Develop social media posts in line with company branding guidelines and consistent with company voice.
  • Ensure that all company information (including contact and product information) remains up-to-date across its social media.
  • Ensure that different categories of content, including posts, reels, stories, etc., are posted in line with consumer trends and general practice.
  • Collaborate, as needed, with the content creation team to produce high-quality, informatively accurate, and visually engaging posts.
  • Enlist the assistance of external vendors for social media content creation when needed, and manage them, ensuring timely execution of activities.
  • Coordinate with influencers or brand ambassadors for social media collaborations.
  • Support offline marketing or event coverage through live updates, stories, and post-event recaps.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent social media calendar with regular posting across multiple platforms, aligned with the Company’s branding campaigns, product promotions, and with other days of recognition (including national holidays, landmarks, anniversaries, celebrations, etc.).
  • Maintain and execute an approved schedule for running paid social media campaigns (boosting posts, managing ads) through tools such as Meta Ads Manager.
  • Develop and maintain an approved budget for social media spending, including all activities such as advertising and content creation.
  • Generate reports at regular intervals based key metrics like reach, engagement, click-through rate, and conversions.
  • Benchmark the company’s social media performance against competitors through generating reports and studies.
  • Identify consumer trends through internal and external reports and use it to inform future social media activities.
