Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
  • Professional course on CA (CC) party qualified
  • Graduation from BRAC, NSU, EWU, IUB, AIUB, Ahsanullah University will be given preference.
  • North South University,BRAC University,East West University,Independent University, Bangladesh,American International University Bangladesh students will get preference
Experience
  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Trading or Export/Import, Indenting Firm, Real Estate
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Excel).
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, ERP/Oracle and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities & Job Context:

Best Tex International Ltd. is searching for a Sr. Executive - Finance & Accounts (Female Applicant) to Assist Managing Director day to day financial operation and maintaining accurate records. The role often requires collaboration with various departments, managing internal controls, and guiding the junior finance team.

Financial Management Support

  • Assist the MD in day-to-day financial operations.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and vouchers.

  • Monitor accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.

  • Support in bank reconciliations and cash flow statements.

  • Liaise with banks and auditors as directed by the MD.

Administrative and Confidential Support

  • Maintain confidential financial data and documents.

  • Handle sensitive transactions under the MD’s direction with discretion.

  • Assist in drafting internal communications or financial memos for the MD.

Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure proper filing of tax returns (GST, TDS, etc.) and statutory compliance.

  • Coordinate with external consultants for compliance matters.

Coordination and Communication

  • Act as a point of contact between the MD and the accounts department or finance team.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with financial advisors, bankers, or auditors.

  • Summarize financial matters for the MD in easy-to-understand formats.

Support to MD’s in Business Decision-Making

  • Analyze reports/datas requested by the MD to support strategic initiatives.

  • Assist with personal financial matters of the MD if required (with appropriate authorization).

  • Any other finance-related tasks assigned by the MD.
