Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • BBA/MBA/PDG in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Professional Certificate in SCM will be added advantage.
Experience
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Cement Industry, Steel
Additional Requirements
  • Age 27 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage end-to-end local procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order execution.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and service requirements.

  • Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.

  • Maintain and update the approved vendor list and build strong relationships with key local suppliers.

  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.

  • Monitor market trends and pricing to support strategic sourcing decisions.

  • Handle basic documentation and communication for foreign procurement in coordination with the import team.

  • Maintain procurement records, contracts, and reports in compliance with audit and company policies.
