Client Engagement:

Product Promotion:
Confidently explain and promote Goldsands Group’s projects and services, tailoring presentations to client needs.
Lead Conversion:
Identify high-potential prospects, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings or sales, and ensure follow-through until the deal is closed.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong after-sales relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, service updates, and ongoing support.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, CRM, Admin) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Target Achievement:
Consistently work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals under supervision, maintaining accountability for your individual performance.
Reporting & Documentation:
Keep clear records of client interactions, lead status, and progress updates using assigned tools or formats.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to enhance your selling strategy.
