Branch Manager:

- 2+ years in logistics, warehouse, or store management.
- Proven team management experience.
- Strong ownership mindset and operational attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-speed settings.

Manage day-to-day branch operations, including inventory, fulfillment, and deliveries.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment with exceptional service.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors, associates, and delivery staff.
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (KPIs).
Coordinate with central operations, supply chain, and tech teams.
Enforce safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols.
