Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Diploma in Business Studies in Marketing
Experience
  • 1 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Hotel, Real Estate, Resort, Developer, Real Estate Startup
Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 22 years

Responsibilities & Context

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Provide organizational and technical support to the sales department to ensure smooth operations.

  • Providing regular reports on sale performance,including sales metrics,sales forecasts, and budget Reports.

  • Have to achieve monthly,quarterly,annually Sales Target.

  • Manage and coordinate the sales team, ensuring efficiency and collaboration.

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and relay information to the relevant manager/employee.

  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely execution.

  • Execute tasks assigned by the Head of Sales to support business growth.

  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, tracking performance metrics.

  • Assist in sales strategies, including cold and warm sales approaches.

  • Align sales and marketing initiatives with company goals and business objectives. Provide regular sales forecasts, marketing performance reports, and business updates to senior management.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting tools.

  • Proactively generate new leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients to effectively drive business growth.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management.

  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets;

    Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth workflow.

  • Collaborate with Vendors for the timely arrival of new stock.

  • Provide overall support to ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally.

  • Oversee the receipt of goods and materials, ensuring they meet quality and quantity specifications.

  • Prepare stock consumption reports, highlighting trends and any anticipated shortages or excesses.

  • Responsible for find out sufficient fair schedules for attending by our organization side.

  • Building a effective professional relations with Vendor,Clients,& Find out the best sources for organization where we can fulfill our neceessary surface or goods.

  • Willingness to travel frequently.

  • Visit vendors clients for Keep the office operational process smoothly & effectively.
