Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors, Masters
  • Minimum Graduate on Business or Commerce. Masters may be given preference.
Experience
  • At least 2 years
Additional Requirements
  • Age 21 to 32 years
  • 02 years working experience in relevant field. Experience in hospital store may be given preference.
  • Computer literacy particularly in the use of Word Processing, Excel etc.
  • Receiving store items as per purchase order.
  • Recording store items properly in the computer.
  • Delivery of goods according to requisition received from different user's department.
  • Maintenance of optimum inventory.
  • Report to the departmental head for items of below minimum level.
  • Feedback to concerned authority regarding to quality of store items having information form users' department.
  • Report immediately regarding any adverse situation.
  • Perform all other related duties.

Responsibilities & Context

  • The incumbent will be responsible to the Hospital Superintendent or any other competent authority for receiving, delivery, documentation of all store transactions, ensuring inventory of all items at the correct level and maintenance of optimum inventory, feed back information, safeguard hospital assets (store items).
  • His/her duty will be rotating as per roster approved by concerned authority.
