Running preschool in slum area
Baseline survey to collect children’s information and to observe the situation of the children in slum.
Enroll children as per criteria in Preschool.
Developing a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children
Employing a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children
Observing each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
Encourage children to interact with each other.
Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.)
Track children’s progress and report to parents
Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children’s background and psyche
Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.
Arrange quarterly meeting with parents to aware them regarding various issues that emerge.
Arrange meeting with Centre Management Committee to increase local awareness and keep the centre secured.
Getting admitted children in primary school.
Build good rapport and continuous communication with primary school related stakeholders.
Provide teaching support the children of primary schools.
Perform any other reasonable duties and tasks as assigned by the Project Management and the respective supervisors.
