Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Candidates from reputed universities will be given preference.

Experience
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Mobile Accessories, Shared Mobility Startup
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and result-driven

Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities :

Sales Execution:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing retailers.
  • Identify and onboard new retail outlets.

Distribution Management:

  • Ensure product availability across all retail points.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate effectively with distributors.

Market Intelligence:

  • Track competitor activities and gather market insights.
  • Provide regular field feedback and suggestions to the management team.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate daily sales records.
  • Submit weekly market visit and performance reports.

Job Location: Field-based (with reporting to Head Office at Purana Paltan, Dhaka)
