Responsibilities & Context
Identify, target, and prospect potential clients within the Banking and Financial Institution sector, including banks and non-banking financial institutions, using strategies such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients’ business continuity goals and technical requirements.
Present tailored ICT solutions and services based on client needs, including proposal development, price analysis, product presentations, and contract negotiations.
Manage end-to-end sales processes for large, medium, and small BFIs, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Collaborate with internal departments including Technology, Support, and Credit Control to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to the financial industry.
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annually) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain accurate sales documentation and prepare periodic reports for management review.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Handle tender processes, from bid preparation to documentation and final invoice submission.
Ensure strong client relationship management through regular visits, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
Focus on repeat business opportunities and retention of existing clients through continuous engagement.
Prepare, review, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Support finance and billing departments in resolving client disputes and ensuring accurate invoicing.
