Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organised Logistics Coordinator – Delivery to support our enrichment programmes. This role involves preparing, coordinating, and delivering lesson materials to ensure smooth operations across our centres.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and ensure timely delivery of lesson materials to various locations

Coordinate logistics to support daily programme operations

Organise materials, props, and teaching resources for enrichment programmes

Assist with basic administrative duties when required

Support programme setup and enhancements when needed

Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements

Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (van)

Comfortable with driving and making deliveries across Singapore

Responsible, punctual, and well-organised

Able to carry and manage materials (some physical work required)

Basic administrative skills are a plus
