Office Sales Support / Coordinator
Salary: S$1,800 – S$2,000
Location: East - Central Singapore
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm (5.5 days work week)
Job Responsibilities
- Process and review sales orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate closely with warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Arrange deliveries with logistics providers and follow up on shipment status
- Update sales team and customers on order progress and delivery schedules
- Act as a communication bridge between sales, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Assist in resolving order discrepancies, delays, or delivery issues
- Provide general administrative and backend support to the sales team
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative role (logistics industry preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems will be an advantage
- Good organizational and time management skill
