• Interpret customer’s requirements in order to execute activities for new and pre-existing projects
• Process requests for new shipments in support of new and ongoing projects
• Perform secondary packaging and labeling activities
• Liaison with customers on any new shipment or booking to be made
• Plan and facilitate communication between Yourway dispatch team and drivers/ agents in support of critical global pick-up and delivery activities , preparing boxes in warehouse \& pallets , making sure
• Provide management of completed documentation for new and ongoing projects.
• Ensure that the established responsibilities for each project are being complied with
• Manage and maintain activity database to ensure all transactions are recorded, reported and invoiced
• Plan and make necessary bookings on the respective carriers for any shipment executed
• Promote the company’s core values and corporate goals
• Handling Operations Day to Day activity,
• Working with transportation vendors for quotations and execution of ad-hoc requests for domestic \& International transportation,
• Coordinating with client for any shipment’s execution till final delivery,
• Place order \& maintaining record for Inventory of packaging, loggers, GPS device ETC,
• Packing \& Dispatching, same day of approval,
• Sending booking request to freight forwarder, getting Mawb \& Hawb approval from agents all over globe if required ,
• Weekdays \& Weekends airport visit or pick up \& delivery if needed within Singapore, and after office hrs. if needed until the task is completed,
• Export Or Import shipments emails should be notified to clients, vendors, Yourway team members first in the morning, including weekends,
• In house Biopharma Depot related work and setup,
• Training new personnel to ensure competence.
• Any other work assigned by Management to be completed.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,600.00 per month
